1. What should I do if I fill in the wrong recharge account?

If the user fills in a valid account, because the system is automatically recharged, the transaction has been completed, and the amount has been recharged to the target account entered by the user, and no refund can be made.

If the user fills in an invalid account, the recharge will fail, and the system will refund the user later. The user can confirm the correct account and re-order.

2. How long will it take for the account to be credited after the payment is successful?

Generally, the account will be credited within 5 minutes. If it has not been credited for more than 20 minutes, please contact our Wangwang customer service, and we will promptly inquire and solve it for you.

3. Where can I check the recharge status?
